Re: Ticketsmyway - after countless countless hours of trying to get my money back for tickets that the day before the event were 'sorry, unavailable' - I'm going after these slimebags. My atty needs the name of the owner / principal of this company or the name of the president.
When I finally did reach a live rep at this place they told me they didn't have to divulge that. In all my research I can't find a responsible party's name. Does anybody know (from filing your own suit perhaps) who the owner of this outfit is?

My wife got scammed by this company as well. Her event is tomorrow night. Her "Estimated Ship Date" has changed every day for a while now - consistently showing [today]+1. Well, today it of course still says estimated ship date 7/22/2008 (tomorrow). After which our credit card company (with whom we have already spoken) will cancel the charge.
The following information was gleemed from "Whois" While the owner's name is not here, it should be easy to get from the Vegas BBB or from a government agency there.
